Jim Kibler

Jim Kibler started public address announcing at Memorial in 1981 for two seasons. One of his first games was the “cheerleader interference” game vs. North. While Jim was at Memorial he announced baseball, basketball and football. In 1988 he moved to Boonville, where Jim announced basketball and baseball. At one sectional game, Jim was given the opportunity to announce to the audience that the first Gulf War had ended. In 1993, Jim moved to Castle where he announced basketball, football and soccer. Still at Castle in 2003, Jim picked up volleyball and softball. 2016 was a great year for Jim he announced for state championships in boys soccer and girls basketball, a runner up finish in softball and semi states in football and basketball.
